Where are you shopping?

October Sunset in Southern Utah

WOW, we are already halfway through the month of October.

I love to wear sweaters, beanies, and boots while drinking a warm drink.

and … I just asked Siri and she says there are 72 days until Christmas! I noticed Costco already has the decorations out. CRAZY.
Rumor has it that there are supply chain issues already, SO … This is a quick reminder to plan your shopping early, better yet, SHOP YOUR SMALL BUSINESSES. Support your local shops. I am sure everyone on your list would love something from one of your local shops. Go to the local festivals, farmers markets, arts, and craft fairs, you might create some wonderful adventures and memories.
Some of my favorite memories are of going to Salado, Texas with my mom and daughter. Or taking MandieLee Demke to the Nutcracker and buying that special ornament for the tree.
Shop the small shops because every time you buy from a small shop owner you are helping someone else realize a dream and if they are not doing a happy dance in front of you they are doing one in their heart.

Shop Small. Shop Local.

Looking for some small shops to support? Here are a few of my favorites

For classy, sassy, and inspirational t-shirts, homewares, and craft-type gifts, Gabbie + Co./Tee Shirt Society.

For the best smelling candles with very sassy sayings, I LOVE Malicious Women Co.

Amazing soaps and bath bombs? Give Sister Suzy Soaps a try.

and also I love Jen’s shop Reclaimed! She is pretty awesome too. Antiques, gifts, and chalk paint, what more could anyone want? Check her shop out if you are in the St. George area.

As I shop, I will share more!

Until next time,

Hugs and Love,
